Joe brings 25+ years of corporate and personal development experience to his work. His purpose is to facilitate greater love, freedom, and effectiveness in individuals and groups. He activates leaders and teams to show up in their full power and creativity.

Through immersive workshops and culture-shifting tools, Joe creates the conditions for an organization and its people to thrive.

Fortune 500 companies, venture capitalists, and international non-profit organizations hire Joe to consult and facilitate. He also coaches CEOs, venture capitalists, and board directors of leading Silicon Valley companies.

Joe worked as a venture capitalist for 13 years.  For most of that time he also managed a philanthropic foundation.  Additionally, Joe has over a decade of corporate experience helping build companies in the telecom, sustainable agriculture, and financial services sectors.  Joe has worked with a diverse array of businesses and executives including Alphabet Inc., Apple, Barclays, Wells Fargo, The Bureau of Reclamation, as well as smaller entrepreneurial companies across six continents.

Joe spearheaded the first venture capital company to focus on sustainable agriculture and was the largest investor in the first sustainable agriculture IPO on Nasdaq. He has served on the board of directors of both public and private companies and has helped many of these companies realize exponential growth.

 Joe is a Founder and Partner in VIEW Workshops, which provides powerful workshops for lasting change using tools of inquiry discovered and refined by him.

Joe has committed himself to a life of self-exploration and inner reflection across multiple platforms:  neurological, psychological, and spiritual. He has explored over 50 modalities in the past 25 years and has committed to long term practices such as meditation, breath work and self-inquiry.

For the past fifteen years, Joe has also been deeply involved in philanthropy. His projects include improving education in inner cities and the restoration of several riparian habitats in the South West United States.

A wife and two daughters are the center of Joe's life. He also spends time traveling around the world learning tools that help him enable others to be deeply authentic.
